MediNet system2 is a Medical Analysis Software for the practicing Doctors/ Hospitals/ Medical Research Institutes. In the first step, the patients coming for treatment are registered in the system and allotted an ID No. The details of the patients, their treatment and findings of the pathological tests, if any, stored in the computer using mediNet sytem2, which is maintained by the doctors. The uniqueness of the system is that the diagnosis is simplified by the data pertaining to the particular ailments. Backed by statistical data and continuous analytical upgrades, decision-making becomes much easier.

Basically the system is divided into modules for each disease. There are some basic modules, like Patients’ Information, Diagnosis, Treatment for Common Disease etc. There are other advanced modules for specific diseases like, Diabetes, Renal Anemia, Diabetic Foot, Oncology, Alzheimer, Schizophrenia, etc. There is an effort going on to include other important diseases with time.

The user interface has a query like design to help analysis in the latter stages and has the provision for entering/retrieving data relevant to the particular disease. The whole system is based on Client-Server technology and developed with Microsoft Visual C++. At the backend the Database is common for all the modules and can be accessed by multiple users at the same time.
