Project X aims at implementing a Business Intelligence software to provide professional skills to audit the sales environment for any product or service by aggregating the data generated from Market Surveys (through Mystery Shopping and Exit Interviews) conducted by Business Analysts (BA). The formatted data is assessed, analyses and presented in different layouts depending on the nature of business and requirements of the client. With this Internet based solution, clients can view audits (subject o user access rights), submit queries and review reports and statistics. The system can receive data on-line or through import of CSV files. There is facility for data driven Alert Message generation for Client Representatives and Business Analysts.
