Procentive develops and deploys a web-based mental health billing and practice management program for its customers. Procentive operates as an application service provider (ASAP), and therefore hosts all installations of its software.

Our work was to enhance of Procentive’s web-based mental health management software. This work involved replacing the existing scheduling component with an improved version. The software manages all aspects of a mental health firm’s business, from intake to discharge. Part of this involves scheduling staff and resources.

The scheduling functionality includes using calendars to manage staff and resources. The core calendaring functionality will follow closely as to Microsoft Outlook interface.
